    If you have any unused containers you'd like turned in to a candle, please also email us a photo and we'll see if we can make it happen! We LOVE re-purposing any containers suitable for candle use!

SHIPPING

USPS: All packages will be sent via USPS flat-rate shipping and include tracking and insurance for your safety and ours. All orders take 5-7 business days to arrive at their destination.

 

INTERNATIONAL: Currently, we only ship domestically in the US or Canada. We do not yet ship internationally.

 

RUSH ORDERS: Please contact us for expedited orders. We like to accommodate our customers, however, we want to set the realistic expectation.

RETURNS

We don't believe the customer is always right, but we do like to keep the customer happy so that they can return! If there are ever any problems with our candles or defects, we would like to correct it. Before ordering our candles, however, please see our "How to Burn Candles" video to ensure the livelihood of your candle.

If you have any suggestions or feedback, we are always happy to receive it to ensure a better product and experience for our customers!
